Apartment Nyhuset - Bruksela

The elegantly designed Nyhuset offers free wellness and fitness facilities and air-conditioned guest accommodations in the heart of Brussels, a 3-minute walk from the Grand Place, 450 metres from Brussels-Central Train Station and 200 metres from the nearest metro station.

The units are furnished with a living room with a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a laptop safe. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are provided. Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen on site. A bathrobe, a shower and a hairdryer are fitted in the private bathroom.

Guests of the Nyhuset’s can taste meals at the restaurant of Hotel Dominican, 100 metres from the accommodation, or have a drink at this hotels bar.

The wellness area includes a sauna and a hammam. Guests can also work out in the fitness centre on site.

Nyhuset is 650 metres from the Manneken Pis Statue and 950 metres from Rue Neuve Shopping District. The Atomium is 7.4 km and Brussels Airport is 15.1 km. The European District is 2.9 km from the accommodation.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Upon arrival, a deposit of EUR 65 is required in exchange for the keys of the studio. This amount will be refunded upon return of the keys. If the studio is rented for more than 1 month, a weekly payment will be required at the reception of The Dominican.

From Monday to Friday the studio have a daily touch up by housekeeping.
Fresh linen and towels are provided once a week. For extra linen a charge of EUR 25 is applicable.

Please note that the hotel will charge the full amount of the Studio reservation upon arrival.
